We’re currently celebrating our two NEW laundries by offering new residents free laundry for 6 months! At move-in, you’ll receive a special card that operates all of our machines, and we’ll pre-load the card to give you two loads of washing and drying per week for 6 months. Why drive to a laundromat when Casa Feliz has top-quality equipment and your first six months are free?

Everyone in our community is special to us, so we want all of our great residents to invite their family, friends, and co-workers to move here! To help you, we offer residents $200 off of one month’s rent when you refer a new resident*.
